Commercial Sitework for Future Growth

Magnum Contracting is developing Canton Corporate Park Tract 2 as part of a 2-phase commercial project for Canton Economic Development and CBBE. The work is helping prepare future office and commercial sites that will support continued business growth, job creation, and long-term opportunity in Cherokee County.

Cherokee Economic Development’s goal for Canton Corporate Park is to buy and develop properties that commercial businesses can purchase, build on, and operate from. When all phases are complete, the project is expected to deliver 3 to 4 commercial properties ready to go vertical and to support the next stage of development.

Magnum’s scope on Tract 2 includes major grading and underground utility installation across the site, including 182,390 cubic yards of dirt, 22,076 linear feet of storm pipe, 12,022 linear feet of sewer, and 2,120 linear feet of water line. This kind of work aligns directly with Magnum’s civil construction and underground utility services, including grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and water and sewer installation.
