President’s Perspective

“We’ve accomplished a lot this season. Despite the challenges with supply chain issues, we have managed to get projects like Heritage at Wesley Chapel, Tribble Mill Park, and Walker Ridge basically wrapped up. We have started and are in the middle of new projects like South Bartow, Pine Grove Townhomes, and Mulberry Rock Park. Kevin Rogers, Mike Moczarski, and Emanuel Cordova are working hard pricing out new projects that we are currently negotiating for a late fall and winter start.”

“We continue to evolve and diversify as a company. It’s amazing to think about how we are doing everything from grading and utility work on large civil projects, interior demo and remodeling on other projects, design build for customers, or building parks for municipalities! Just as the quote from Vince Lombardi says, “People who work together win…” As stated before, our mission statement as a company is for all of us to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. By accomplishing this mission, we will continue to be “A PROVEN PARTNER” that our customers have grown to trust.”
