Magnum to Deliver Civil Site Work for CBBE’s New $25 Million HQ

Commercial Bank & Business Equipment (CBBE), a leading provider of architectural millwork, has announced a major expansion in Cherokee County with a new, state-of-the-art headquarters at Canton Corporate Park, where Magnum Contracting is serving as the civil sitework partner. The project involves a $25 million investment and will create 70 new jobs, further solidifying Cherokee County’s reputation as a hub for high-quality employers.

CBBE Expansion at Canton Corporate Park

CBBE will expand in Canton, building a new 130,000-square-foot headquarters facility on the first developed tract in the 50-acre Canton Corporate Park. The company currently operates a 50,000-square-foot facility in Canton, employs 85 people, and the expansion supports both current operations and long-term growth. Founded in 1985, CBBE specializes in architectural millwork for financial institutions, corporate interiors, healthcare, education, hospitality, and places of worship. Its capabilities include master craftsmanship, advanced fabrication, engineering and design, and custom upholstery, delivering premium desks, tables, benches, banquettes, casework, and custom pieces.
