Full-Scope Sitework at Bluffs Court

Magnum Contracting handled the sitework for Bluffs Court Extension, an office park expansion for the Development Authority of Cherokee County located at 200 Bluffs Court in Canton, GA. The 29-acre project supports Cherokee Economic Development’s ongoing mission to grow commercial opportunity, attract businesses, and strengthen Cherokee County’s economy.

The scope covered the full range of site improvements needed to take the expansion from raw ground to a finished, functional commercial site. Work included clearing, erosion control, grading, storm sewer, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, line striping, signage, fencing, and landscaping — everything needed to deliver a polished, ready-to-use extension of the existing office park.

With 1,635 linear feet of sidewalk built throughout the site, the finished development also supports safe and accessible pedestrian movement across the expanded grounds.
