Creating Communities: Subdivision Success

Magnum Contracting has expertly executed a significant new subdivision project, spanning 57 acres. We have expertly cleared the land, moved an impressive 400,000 cubic yards of dirt, and addressed 30,000 cubic yards of mass rock. Furthermore, we’ve installed a comprehensive network of 26,000 linear feet of storm, sanitary, and domestic water lines. Our abilities also extend to environmental stewardship, having successfully remediated an existing pond, dam, and on-site containment structure to secure county approval.
