Tasked with comprehensive site development, we efficiently cleared 57 acres and managed the relocation of 300,000 cubic yards of material, including the blasting of 30,000 cubic yards of solid rock. Our expertise extended to installing an impressive 33,472 linear feet of storm, sanitary, and water infrastructure. The project’s complexity, which included the remediation of an existing lake and dam, presented unique challenges that we skillfully navigated to meet county approval standards.
