Magnum Contracting was proud to contribute to the development of Camellia Place, a state-of-the-art senior living facility in Woodstock, GA. We were entrusted with clearing 7 acres, demolishing current structures, and remediating a previously used disposal area. Our skilled team expertly cut and placed 40,000 cubic yards of material and installed 9,000 linear feet of storm, sanitary, and water mains. Additionally, our specialized 200 linear feet jack and bore technique was employed to seamlessly connect to the county’s sewer system, ensuring modern utilities meet the demands of this thriving community.
