Building the Foundation for Cherokee County Business

Magnum Contracting is developing Canton Corporate Park, a 2-phase commercial land development project for Cherokee County Economic Development and CBBE, located in Canton, Georgia. The project will create 3 to 4 build-ready commercial properties that future businesses can purchase and develop as office and commercial space.

Cherokee County Economic Development drives this type of project with a clear purpose: to acquire and develop commercial land within Cherokee County to attract new businesses, create jobs, and grow the local economy. Canton Corporate Park is a direct extension of that mission, turning raw acreage into shovel-ready commercial sites primed to go vertical.

Magnum’s scope includes major earthwork and utility installation to prepare the 36-acre site across both phases, including 149,361 cubic yards of dirt, 1,456 linear feet of storm pipe, and 960 linear feet of water line. When Phase 2 is complete, the park will be ready to support the next wave of commercial development in Cherokee County.
