Etowah Landing

Residential Community with River Access

Magnum Contracting is proud to support the development of Etowah Landing Phase 1, a new single-family residential community for Rockhaven Homes located off Old Federal Road in Forsyth County, Georgia. This project marks the beginning of a new client relationship and includes major site development and underground utility infrastructure across 40 acres of rolling pastureland once used for cattle and crops.​

Our team is managing extensive earthwork and utility installation to prepare the site for long-term residential growth. Phase 1 includes 238,611 cubic yards of dirt movement, 5,188 linear feet of storm pipe, 4,864 linear feet of gravity sewer, 11,060 linear feet of force main, 7,500 linear feet of water line, and a pump station to support the community’s infrastructure needs.​

Etowah Landing is being shaped into a residential destination that balances development with the property’s natural features. Scattered hardwood pockets, existing ponds, walking trails leading to the Etowah River, and a future kayak ramp will give residents access to outdoor recreation while preserving the character of the land.​
