Magnum Contracting was proud to develop the Landing at Kelly Mill, an exciting new residential subdivision catering to Forsyth County, GA’s expanding needs. Tasked with preparing a 20-acre site, our team efficiently handled the excavation and movement of 100,000 cubic yards of earth. We laid down an extensive network of 13,000 linear feet of storm, sanitary, and water lines, executing a 340 linear feet jack and bore operation for seamless county sewer integration. Highlighting our commitment to safety, we employed additional shoring techniques to navigate the challenges of installing sections of the sanitary sewer at depths of up to 32 feet, ensuring the project’s success while prioritizing the well-being of our team.
