High-Quality Headquarters

After years of delivering exceptional projects, Magnum Contracting was excited to complete
our new corporate headquarters and equipment maintenance facility in Jasper, GA. In 2017,
we purchased six acres with the goal of designing and constructing a state-of-the-art space
that reflects our commitment to quality.

Working closely with architects, engineers, and design professionals, we completed our
12,000-square-foot facility. This includes 4,000 square feet of office space and 8,000 square
feet dedicated to equipment maintenance. This significant project was made possible
through our established network of reliable subcontractors and vendors.

Our HQ features a welcoming heavy timber front porch, complete with rocking chairs and a
swing, set amidst professionally landscaped grounds. Inside, the farm-style decor creates a
comfortable and functional environment, including a reception area, conference rooms,
administrative and executive offices, a safety director’s office, an equipment manager’s
office, a full kitchen and break room, restrooms, a copy room, and a locker room with a
shower. For our tech needs, we’ve included a secure, hidden data and server room.

Connected seamlessly to the office is our shop area, boasting a 34-foot-tall center
clearance and six large roll-up doors for easy access. This full-service maintenance hub
features a parts room and an adjacent outdoor area for equipment storage. The remaining
acreage has been thoughtfully optimized for parking, storage, and deliveries, with ample
space reserved for future growth.
