Perrow Park

Design-Build Park in Jasper

Magnum Contracting is leading the development of Perrow Park in Jasper, bringing together our construction team, engineers, and architects through a full design-build approach. Set on a 3.42-acre site, with 2.90 acres actively developed, the project is being built as a performance- and community-focused park designed for concerts, events, and everyday public use.

The park features a custom stage amphitheater, a large sloped lawn, concrete walking paths, and a synthetic turf area in front of the stage, creating a durable, low-maintenance surface for crowds, activities, and vendor setups. Support spaces, including the restroom building, green room, and amphitheater structure, are all part of the design-build scope. At the same time, upper and lower parking areas help the site function for both daily use and larger community events.

Magnum is self-performing all civil components of the project, which helps maintain tight quality control and keep decision-making moving in the field. With landscaping, a food truck pad, and a brick paver seating area worked into the layout, Perrow Park is being built to serve as one of Jasper’s signature public spaces when complete.
