Residential Hub Ahead of Schedule
Magnum Contracting played a pivotal role in developing Sweetwater Preserve, a new residential community by Starlight Homes designed to meet the expanding needs of Dawsonville, Georgia. Our team efficiently cleared 30 acres and managed the cut and fill of 161,529 cubic yards of dirt. We also expertly installed 21,716 linear feet of storm, sanitary, and water lines.
Demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and budget discipline, we completed the project six weeks ahead of schedule without exceeding the allocated budget, paving the way for a thriving residential hub.
