Magnum Contracting is hard at work supporting the development of The Summit at Chastain, a large-scale residential community spanning 49 acres. This high-density neighborhood, which includes 336 lots for a mix of single-family homes and townhomes, demands significant coordination. Our work ensures the preparation for reliable utility performance and long-term community growth.

Our team’s scope includes installing major underground infrastructure to serve the development, including 14,332 linear feet of storm pipe, 9,846 linear feet of sewer pipe, and 11,300 linear feet of water line. This project helps establish the essential framework for a well-planned residential community while supporting efficient drainage, utility service, and future home construction.​​
