Ribbon-cutting Ceremony to Celebrate Magnum Contracting, LLC

Pickens County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to attend Magnum Contracting’s ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 28, 2019.

[JASPER, GEORGIA]—Magnum Contracting, LLC is pleased to announce that it will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new facility onsite at 10 am on June 28.

“We’re happy to officially introduce our home to both the community here in Pickens County and those who helped bring this project to fruition,” said Brad Cox, president of Magnum.  “The ribbon-cutting marks the launch of a new era for our company.”

The Pickens County Chamber of Commerce is scheduled to be on hand to offer a few remarks regarding Magnum Contracting and to assist in the ribbon-cutting.

Founded in 2002, Magnum Contracting has been growing and expanding, developing and moving into their new facility on Mountain Park Drive in Jasper in December 2018.

Magnum is a full-scale, turnkey construction company that’s equipped to handle every aspect of the project development process. The company’s focus on Faith, Safety, Quality, and Communication has meant a concentration on employees and their community.  Magnum Contracting now continues to expand as it plans to cover construction all over the southeast.

“Our many years of collective experience has created this amazing network of connections and the relationships we’ve established with architects, municipalities, engineers, suppliers…” says Kevin Morton, VP Gen Contracting/Sr. Project Mgr. “Magnum can handle the entire development from phone call to move-in: interviewing and hiring the architects and engineers, finding the land, value engineering the project, giving you design and development…you really don’t have to go anywhere else,” Kevin explains.

The expansion of Magnum’s facilities furthers president Brad Cox’s mission to make Magnum’s focus on its employees. Brad has realized “one of my jobs as a leader is to make sure the guys who are coming in here, that it becomes their dream and vision and goal to see Magnum grow too. If I can get a team of guys whose dreams and goals and visions can be realized through Magnum Contracting, at that point we’ve got a company that will succeed….we really have something there.”

Magnum Contracting is preparing to break ground on the new Dawsonville Farmer’s Market, just one of the many projects residents of North Georgia can expect to see taking shape in the coming months. For more information and to watch Magnum Contracting grow, visit www.MagnumContracting.net
