Job Requirements*
- Working knowledge of grades and blue prints
- Knowledge of grading and erosion control techniques for mass and finish grading activities
- Willingness to learn GPS construction
- Drug Free
- 5+ years grading experience
Responsibilities
- Account for all aspects of grading and erosion control activities on assigned projects
- Assist project manager in assigning project personnel
- Supervise lead men and crew to ensure productivity and quality control
- Coordinate with project manager to develop work flow to meet project shedule
- Provide all daily paperwork needs to project manager and company administrative staf
- Review and maintain crew and project safety
